Dogs or any pets are no longer accepted and it is requested that there is no smoking within the cottages.
Electricity and extra coal will be charged at the current unit price.

Walkislay, a walking week on Islay and Jura, is held annually in April, with none of the walks deemed too strenuous and are ably led by Ileachs.
Short Breaks: Excluding peak holiday periods, part-week booking of a minimum of three nights subject to availability (from late October to March inclusive). This will be charged on a pro rata basis.
Electricity: Electricity will be charged at the current unit price at the time of your stay.
Shopping locally will help support the Island economy, but if you do need extra freezer space, we are only too happy to help.
All the cottages are strictly non smoking.
Booking procedure: In the first instance, please phone/email to reserve your cottage. Then, return the booking slip along with your deposit , at which time it will be acknowledged.
Payment: A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking with: Balance due one month before arrival. We do not send reminders! A telephone/email reservation will be held for seven days to allow you time to send your deposit.
