Lossit Cottage - Kilchoman House Cottages
Lossit Cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage, the first from the left, in the terrace row of 4 and was originally the stable many years ago.
Downstairs is an open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area. In the lounge there is a solid fuel stove, as well as electric central heating, satellite TV and DVD for your comfort.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave along with a fridge and ample cupboard space.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower above the bath. The upstairs also has electric central heating throughout.
Outside there are picnic tables where you can have a BBQ. There is also a large grassy area surrounding the cottages for the children to play in safely. All the 2 bedroom cottages have patio doors, on the ground floor, leading out to your own garden seat.
There is a separate door, on the upper level, leading out to the car parking area and picnic benches. There is a laundry room with washing machines and a tumbler drier, (there is a small charge for the use of the drier) over at the main house, about 50 metres from your cottage.
Lossit cottage was graded 3 star by VisitScotland, in March 2008, under the new grading scheme. Included in the tariff, is your electricity, your fuel for the fire and we supply your bed linen and kitchen towels, but not your personal towels unless you are flying in.
There is ample parking for your cars in the car park adjacent to the cottages. Dogs or any pets are no longer accepted and we request there is no smoking within the cottages.
