You can provisionally book your Islay accommodation with Kilchoman House Cottages either by telephone or online.
Telephone
You can call us on 01496 850 382 to check availability and we can send you the booking form by post which you should return to us with 25% deposit.
Online
If you wish to book online, please check the availability on the cottage pages, then download the enquiry form.
This is available as a Word document or PDF file that you can complete and email back to us (remember to save it first !). We will confirm the booking and ask for a deposit of 25% of the total cost.

Booking Terms and Conditions
1 All bookings must be confirmed by payment of 25% deposit. Anyone paying by Bank transfer is responsible for all Bank charges
2 If you cancel more than six weeks before your date of arrival, your deposit will only be returned if we can re-let the accommodation.
3 As it is virtually impossible to re-let self catering accommodation on a casual basis near to the time of occupancy, we regret that, in common with most self-catering accommodation, any person canceling their booking within six weeks of the due date of arrival will be liable for their full rental charge. We shall make every effort to re-let the cottage, in which there will be no liability for the rental and your deposit will be returned in full.
4 You must pay the balance of the rental to us at least one month before your arrival.
5 Access to your cottage is from 15.30 on your day of arrival and request that you leave your cottage by 0930 on your date of departure. However, we do try to be flexible about the times, strictly by prior arrangement.
6 The cottages are let for the number of people specified on your booking slip, we would appreciate you advising us if you have any change in numbers.
7 You will take reasonable care of any of our property while staying in our cottages, and we reserve the right to charge you for any breakages or damage to our property caused by any person in your party at Kilchoman House cottages.
8 We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to any person’s property whilst you are staying in our cottages.
